Catastrophic injury

Cases with life-care plans, contested future damages, and expert-driven valuation. Amber has built and cross-examined these models; the day is structured around the two or three assumptions that actually move the number.

Helpful to have: life-care plan and rebuttal, economist reports, policy limits and excess posture.

Commercial and contract disputes

Practical issue-framing and settlement structures aligned with how the businesses actually operate — payment terms, releases, ongoing relationships, and confidentiality, not just a number.

Helpful to have: the contract, the damages theory, and any relationship the parties want to preserve.

Multi-party and coverage-driven matters

$875 per party. Right for two-party matters with a defined range, follow-up sessions, and cases where authority is present and the file is well developed.

Full-day · 8 hours

$1,750 per party. Right for catastrophic injury, multi-party, and coverage-driven matters, or any case where movement will take several rounds.

In person · Austin

By arrangement for cases that benefit from being in the room. Travel billed separately. Everything else follows the virtual schedule.
