What’s included
Included in the session fee
- Pre-session review of confidential statements and exhibits
- Brief logistical coordination call if needed
- Zoom session host and breakout rooms
- Term-sheet documentation at close

- Follow-up sessions (by agreement)
- In-person travel (case-by-case)
Policies
Cancellation: Cancellations or reschedules within 7 calendar days of the scheduled start time incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled session rate (per party), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confirmation: Dates are held tentatively on request and confirmed when (a) all parties sign the mediation agreement and (b) all parties pay the session fee.
Party definition: A “party” generally means all individuals or entities represented by the same law firm, unless separate representation requires a different arrangement.
Payment: All parties must pay the session fee before the date is confirmed, as described above. Contact us for invoicing details.
